FAQs

Are all of your earrings real silver?
Yes, all of our earrings and silver jewellery are 925 sterling silver. This means that is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by mass of silver and 7.5% by mass of other metals, usually copper. Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for jewellery findings so it is usually alloyed with copper to give it strength, whilst keeping it ductile and beautiful. All of our items are hallmarked, to indicate the purity of the silver alloy used in the manufacture or hand-crafting of the piece.

Do you make your own jewellery?
All of the jewellery sold under the Blueberry Sterling Silver brand has been sourced from a number of jewellery suppliers, we do not make these pieces ourselves. Pieces sold under our Bliss by Blueberry brand (coming soon!) are assembled/made by us.
We also have a number of pieces sold by brand e.g. Dew Sterling Silver, which comes directly from the brand distributor/manufacturer.
We only source jewellery from members of the National Association of Jewellers, which has a membership code of conduct based on honesty, integrity and professionalism, and/ or from companies with whom we have worked for several years and trust their quality and aftercare practices.

Do you have sales?
No. All of our branded items are sold at or below Recommended Retail Price and we believe all of our pricing delivers great value. We do offer occasional promotional discounts e.g. 5% off, free delivery on next order etc. - these are genuine deals, we never inflate prices so that we can discount heavily during sales periods.

Can I reserve items?
Yes! If you would like us to put an item aside for you, please just let us know in person,'phone, email or social media. We reserve items for a week, but can store them for longer if you let us know when you will need them

An item I wanted is out of stock. Can you order another one for me?
Yes, unless the item has been discontinued by our supplier or our supplier is currently out of stock. We always endeavour to contact the supplier at the first opportunity (most are closed at weekends, for example) to find out whether it is available, and how long delivery will take.
We will then keep you updated regularly, and let you know when the item has arrived
